Trial date set for duo charged with receiving stolen jewellery, third accused freed of charges

Two men who allegedly gained highly-priced items of jewellery stolen from the home of Teresa Anne Michael, the sister of very well-regarded politician Asot Michael, will be place on trial on September 28.

The guys ended up implicated in the robbery soon after Kenisha Whyte-Challenger, Kerriano Thomas and Jevon Lloyd — who are currently serving a 14-12 months sentence for the theft — allegedly gave them some of the stolen merchandise.
