I have received several products from Aromatica via Mostinc Official and Bazzal ~ I have long lusted after Aromatica, due to their aesthetic, minimalist packaging, the simplicity of their products and that they are a vegan, cruelty free brand made in Korea. They use 99.5% organic ingredients, no artificial fragrances and they use recyclable glass or 100% recycled plastic bottles. All of these reviews were originally posted on my Instagram account at colebiancardi and I have gathered them up here for the sake of googling and finding my reviews. Both of them contain aloe vera, a powerful moisturizer that doesn’t leave your skin feeling oily or greasy. It soothes, treats inflammation, helps speed up skin healing and also has a plethora of antioxidants ~ beta-carotene, vitamins C and E, which help improve your skin’s firmness while keeping skin moist and hydrated. I love 𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙚 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖 in the summer for so many reasons ~ it’s great for quickly cooling down my skin during the hot humid days and nights, it is a refreshing water bomb ~ hydrating my skin nicely, soothes and calms down any skin irritations, whether it is razor burn, sunburn, bug bites or kitty scratches. Aromatica’s hypoallergenic aloe gel is organic and not diluted with water. They import the organically grown aloe from the USA and this gel contains 95% of that colorless gel ~ they do not use the exterior surface of the aloe leaf, just the pure aloe inside the plant, so it doesn’t need to go thru decolorizing processes.
In addition to aloe, lemon balm and cypress, this contains antiseptic and oil reducing 𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙮. Aromatica uses steam distillation to extract the rosemary ~ this helps create the botanical hydrosol (water) which provides all the benefits without irritation. Rosemary prevents bacteria from infecting pores. This does contain 𝙨𝙤𝙙𝙞𝙪𝙢 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙧, but it is free from benzene.

This doesn’t have much of a scent to it and it looks so jelly pumping out of the bottle, but once I apply it onto my skin, it quickly turns into a lovely watery essence, which my skin absorbs quickly. It has such a cooling effect, with sticky or greasy residue.
I do use A LOT of aloe in the summer as it is so multi-purpose plus the refreshing feeling of this gel. This is also great to calm down bug bites and scratches from my wild cats ~ as well as a great gel for my FOREO BEAR micro current device. I should mention that I have purchased this in the past, but they recently reformulated so I am glad to say that the new version is better than the old formula!

Anti-inflammatory 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙡 (1%) helps cellular renewal and is a natural humectant, which retains moisture and hydrates the skin. It also is a good lubricant on the skin, making skin look soft and smooth. Amino acid 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙚 acts as a humectant and anti-irritant, providing silky smooth skin while soothing skin.

This comes in a lovely recyclable glass bottle with an eye drop applicator. The serum is very gel-like and thick, with no scent. This spreads very easily across my skin and does leave a tacky residue ~ my skin is very plumped up and hydrated, but due to the residue, I use either as my moisturizing skincare item + sunscreen or at nighttime.
I really don’t need much more during the day, due to my oily skin, but if you have drier skin, it might absorb completely with no residue. This is certainly a hydrating powerhouse of a serum ~ any thicker and I would call it a gel moisturizer!
Let’s talk about one of my favorite ingredients: 🌿𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙮 has been used for thousands of years and in ancient Rome, they would rinse their hair in rosemary-infused water. Rosemary will help unclog hair follicles, act as an astringent while balancing out the oil/moisture balance. It is also an antioxidant and anti-microbial, so it keeps everything nice and protected. The same benefits for your scalp translates to your skin: anti-microbial, unclog pores, astringent, balance skin oil/moisture level. Plus the scent is divine.

Made with 99% plant derived ingredients, this scalp treatment is after washing your hair and can be applied on wet or dry hair and leaves no greasy, oily or sticky residue. My scalp feels really refreshed and clean ~ this is a winner for the hot muggy summer months.
I love using the scalp treatment with this beautiful 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗽 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵, made of orange-colored beech tree wood. This essence has a watery texture, but omg, I can really feel the hydration from it! Very bouncy skin and it is perfect for layering as it does dry down fairly quickly if you lightly apply it. This is also great as a mask pack too.

Tea Tree Purifying Shampoo contains almost 33% of tea tree along with BHA salicylic acid to help unclog hair follicles, refreshing, cooling and purifying peppermint, spearmint and mint, along with probiotics for helping to bring oily scalps back into balance with a refreshing feeling. This also has hair strengthening and moisturizing biotin and panthenol. This is so nice and not stripping on my hair. This does smell like tea tree, but it is tempered by the mint and eucalyptus oils, leaving my hair feeling refreshed and clean. Capryloyl salicylic acid, is a LHA and consists of salicylic acid, derived of willow tree bark, so it has all of the anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and deep pore cleansing and exfoliating properties as a BHA, but it can be used in lower percentages than salicylic acid. Containing .1% PHA gluconolactone which helps improve your skin’s texture by aiding in cellular turnover, unclogging pores and removing dead skin cells. Melia azadirachta (neem) has antiseptic properties and will help control blemishes and help them while turmeric is a popular ingredient for blemish control, as it has both anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. Turmeric soothes blemishes and heals acne, while reducing redness and swelling. Antioxidant sodium azulene sulfonate is an anti-inflammatory, skin soothing, skin repairing and regenerating ingredient.

This has such a loose form to it, very liquidy and absorbs quickly into my skin. This does smell strongly of tea tree, but I enjoy the scent quite a bit. This gel cream can be used as an essence, if your skin is drier as it is so quick absorbing.
I use this on my T-Zone in the cooler months, as my skin is pretty just oily there, but in the warmer months, I would use this all over my face. It feels cooling and refreshing on the skin!

𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗲𝘁: This is a lovely cleansing oil balm with the texture of soft “sherbet”, if sherbet was oil based ~ it is VERY soft and pliable. Made with plant-derived oils of 𝙨𝙪𝙣𝙛𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧, 𝙖𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙤𝙩 𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙡 and 𝙗𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙪 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙨 which not only remove dirt, oil and other debris from your skin, it will keep your skin moisturized and soft. Love the soft citrus-herbal fragrance and it does a nice job of removing makeup and dirt.

Quinoa Protein Shampoo helps damaged hair with its rich creamy lather and ingredients: containing 45.5% quinoa, which has has enzymatic exfoliating properties that will help cellular turnover and renewal and will unclog follicles for new hair growth. This smells like ylang ylang and I use this one after I color treat my hair for its deep moisturizing benefits.
